Building Better Spaces for Our Communities

Keeping Our Borough Clean, Safe and Welcoming for All

Keeping Our Community Clean

Each day starts early as our Street Cleaners head out across the borough, helping to keep streets, parks and public spaces clean, safe and welcoming. From litter picking and emptying bins to responding to community reports, their work makes a visible difference that residents can see and appreciate every day.

Making a Difference Every Day

As a Street Cleaner, no two days are the same. Working outdoors and as part of a dedicated team, you'll help maintain the borough's appearance, support community pride, and ensure public spaces remain enjoyable for everyone who lives, works and visits here.

Pride in Every Street

Our Street Cleaners are the eyes and ears of the community. Throughout the day, they help keep neighbourhoods clean, identify environmental issues, and contribute to creating places that residents can be proud of. It's a rewarding role where the impact of your work is visible every day.

Serving the Community

From the early morning hours through to the end of each shift, Street Cleaners play a vital role in maintaining the local environment. Their commitment helps create cleaner, greener neighbourhoods and improves the daily experience of everyone who uses our public spaces.
